Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership Dashboard

Welcome to the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership's dashboard. It offers insight into:

• the progress of our projects,
• health of our organisation through our operational performance,
• changes in job and apprenticeship vacancies, as an up-to-date indicator of the local labour market changes; and
• a set of socio-economic indicators, showing how Swindon and Wiltshire is changing over time and compared to other areas and the national average.

As a robust source of information, we hope that the dashboard will be used to make better informed decisions regarding local developments. 

To ensure the data’s comprehensiveness, the dropdown menus allow comparisons across different geographical areas. Likewise, the periods in the timeseries data can be increased or decreased, as needed. 

The dashboard utilises Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and is based on several key datasets. These include: SWLEP’s internal operational and project performance information, alongside the Growth Hub business engagement data, as well as external EMSI online job postings data and NOMIS data, monitoring indirect performance indicators, cutting across population, employment, qualifications, earnings, work-related benefit claimants and businesses statistics.
