Local Industrial Strategy Breakfast Event

The Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) is inviting local businesses to hear about the SWLEP’S Local Industrial Strategy which it is co-creating with Government.  

The aim of our Local Industrial Strategy is to boost productivity whilst ensuring that all communities are able to contribute to, and benefit from, economic prosperity. We would like to show you how we have listened to what you have told us over the last year and incorporated it into the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Industrial Strategy.  This is also an opportunity for people and groups not previously involved in our earlier workshops to learn about this key strategy for growth in our area.

Our strategy is based on clear evidence and is aligned to the UK Industrial Strategy, produced by the Government in 2017. It is a long term plan that will set out clearly defined priorities for how Swindon and Wiltshire will maximise its contribution to UK productivity and build a sustainable and resilient local economy fit for the future.
